The situation

In chemical manufacturing, batch-specific documents like SDSs, COAs and product labels carry compliance, safety and traceability. Printed and manually handled, they get lost, damaged, delayed or misfiled.

AECI needed a reliable way to manage and share batch-specific technical documents across production, customer care and compliance teams.

What we built

A QR-enabled platform: teams upload product and batch-specific documents, link them to unique QR codes, and distribute GHS-compliant labels customised for bottles, drums, canisters and tubs.

Secure document upload, batch-level storage, QR generation, label configuration and role-based access. Customers scan the code and get the correct documentation, digitally.

03

What changed

An estimated 42,000 sheets of paper saved annually, with paper usage for technical document sharing down 20%.

Document management time cut by 10 to 15 minutes per batch, across hundreds of monthly batches.

Compliance information became easier to find, share and protect, at scale.

Compliance in chemical manufacturing meets the digital era.
