Showcase · 360° venue walkthroughs

Step insidebefore you book.

A venue sells itself in person and struggles to on a website. So we filmed one in 360°, had AI label what is actually in each room, and built the whole walkthrough into the page — no subscription, no third-party player, no iframe.

Look around. It's a real page, not a video of one.

Drag inside the frame to look around the room. The gold points are the AI's labels — tap one for what it found, or to walk into the next room. Everything below the frame works with the viewer switched off.

Entrance Hall

AI label · Vaulted entrance hall

Guests arrive under a groin-vaulted ceiling picked out in gold, onto a floor of inlaid parquet laid in a repeating star pattern. Dark timber-and-glass doors open from the street, with potted palms and framed oil paintings easing the walk in. A pair of white panelled doors stands open onto the chandelier-lit ballroom beyond. Off to the side, a timber staircase with a turned balustrade climbs toward the upper lounge.

Ballroom

AI label · Parquet ballroom

The main event room: a broad parquet floor under a moulded plaster ceiling with a gilded centre rose and a brass chandelier. Full-height French windows down one side carry swagged gold drapes and a lot of afternoon daylight, while the opposite wall is hung salon-style with framed landscapes. A white grand piano sits in the corner nearest the doors, and PA speakers are already flown at ceiling height. A long enfilade of open doorways runs back toward the entrance hall.

Aft Lounge

AI label · Sunken performance lounge

A tiered lounge wrapped around a sunken timber performance floor, ringed by a brass-and-glass balustrade. Mustard velvet tub chairs and cream banquettes sit on a swirling patterned carpet with glass cocktail tables between them. A curved wall of floor-to-ceiling glass fills the room with daylight behind the stage. Overhead, a layered timber ceiling carries a full theatrical lighting rig on circular trusses.

How we built it

One walk through the building. Four steps. No platform in the middle.

Capture takes an afternoon. The rest is a pipeline we run, and the output is a typed content file your site renders like any other page.

  1. 01

    Capture

One walk through the venue on a DJI Osmo 360. Every room shot from standing eye height, a few seconds of hold at each stopping point.

  2. 02

    Stitch

Dual fisheye becomes a single equirectangular sphere, levelled and colour-matched, then encoded to a seamless loop at two resolutions — desktop and phone.

  3. 03

    AI labels

A vision pass reads each sphere and writes what is actually in it: the room's character, and the features worth pointing at. Every label on this page came out of that pass.

  4. 04

    Interactive web

Rooms, hotspots and copy become one typed content file the site renders. No plugin, no iframe, no third-party player between you and your visitor.

The AI layer

What's live today, and what's next.

Two of the three below are roadmap, and they are marked as roadmap. A showcase that oversells is a showcase that costs you the second meeting.

Live on this page

Rooms that describe themselves

A vision pass reads each 360° sphere and writes the room's label, its description and the points worth pointing at. Every word in the tour above came out of that pass — nobody typed a room description by hand.

A voice that walks you through

The same labels, narrated in your brand's voice, triggered as a visitor turns toward each feature. We already run pre-rendered narration across this site, so this is a wiring job rather than a research one.

Chat with the venue

"Does the ballroom take 200 seated?" answered from the venue's own facts, with the tour jumping to the room being discussed. Not built yet — we are not going to pretend otherwise on the page that is meant to prove we do not.

Buy the subscription, or own the thing

The difference is who the tour belongs to.

The subscription route

Matterport

A polished, capable platform. You rent it, per month and per space, and your venue lives inside their player on their servers.

The Auxo route

Own your tour

We capture it, label it and build it into your site. One invoice, no meter running, and it is yours the day it ships.

  • What you pay

Matterport: A subscription, forever — published plans run about $58 to $309 a month depending on tier.

Own your tour: A one-off build. You pay us to make it, then you own it.

  • Cost per venue

Matterport: Active-space fees on top once you pass the plan's included allowance, so a second venue costs again, monthly.

Own your tour: No per-space subscription. Adding a room or a second venue is a content change, not a new line item.

  • Hardware

Matterport: Their Pro3 camera lists around $3,600 if you want their capture quality.

Own your tour: A DJI Osmo 360, roughly a tenth of that — and we bring it.

  • Where it lives

Matterport: An iframe pointing at their servers, inside their player, with their branding on it.

Own your tour: Native in your site. Your fonts, your colours, your domain, your analytics.

  • If you stop paying

Matterport: The embed goes dark. The capture is on their platform, not yours.

Own your tour: It keeps working. The video, the labels and the code are yours on your CDN.

  • What it can become

Matterport: What the platform ships, when the platform ships it.

Own your tour: Whatever your site can do — AI labels today, a voice tour and a chat-with-the-venue next.

Matterport figures are their published list prices as at August 2026 and will have moved by the time you read this — check them before you decide anything on our say-so.

Bring us your venue.

Hotels, conference centres, showrooms, lodges, schools — anywhere a visit closes the deal and a photo gallery doesn't. An afternoon of capture, and your site gets a walkthrough you own.
